1. About One Box

One Box provides a platform through which customers purchase curated boxes of necessities and enjoyable items for foster children. Purchases are considered donations; therefore, no returns or refunds are offered. Boxes are shipped or delivered to charitable organizations or recipients. Our Service is headquartered in Westborough, Massachusetts.

2. Account Registration

You may register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts and should notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Donations, Payments and No-Refund Policy

When you purchase a One Box, you are donating a curated box of items to foster children. You will be charged the price indicated at checkout, plus applicable taxes and fees. Because purchases constitute donations, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. One Box clearly states that all sales/donations are final.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for the delivery of purchased boxes to the intended recipients. Shipping times may vary. Although our Service does not ship products to purchasers, we may provide acknowledgements or receipts. Our shipping obligations relate to the donation process.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Service or other users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to any systems or networks connected to the Service.

6. Privacy
