How do you choose which children receive boxes?
We partner with vetted foster care agencies and social workers who identify youth in immediate need. Our partners coordinate directly with case managers to ensure boxes reach children at critical moments of transition.
How quickly are boxes delivered?
Most boxes are packed within 24 hours and delivered via our partner network within 48 hours, depending on location. We prioritize urgent requests from our agency partners.
Can I track my specific donation?
Yes. Once your box is delivered, you'll receive confirmation including the general region it was delivered to (we protect youth privacy by not sharing specific identifying details).
Who are your partner agencies?
We work with licensed foster care agencies, social service organizations, and case managers across the country. All partners undergo a verification process to ensure they serve youth in foster care directly.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
We are currently 501(c)(3) pending. Once our nonprofit status is approved, all eligible donations will be tax-deductible and we'll provide documentation for your records.
